Philippine Ports Authority general manager Alfonso Cusi has tasked the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel (OGCC) to initiate an ejectment case against WG&A Shipping Lines in connection with a Nov. 12, 2001 PPA’s notice to vacate the Marine Slipway (MSW) at the North Harbor.
