North Harbor to get P2.5-billion facelift
Sunday, August 26th, 2001AFTER years of delay, the country’s premier domestic port will finally be given a 2.5-billion-peso facelift.
“It (2.5 billion pesos) could be more, depending on the requirements of the shipping lines,” Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) general manager Alfonso Cusi said in an interview last week.
