The Alternative Master Plan for North Harbor
Saturday, July 7th, 2001Mr. Donald Dee, Chairman of the North Harbor Privatization Committee of PCCI rightfully observed that the Alternative Plan hastily released by PPA were “mere drawings” right after it was presented by the GM Cusi himself.
The most questionable part of the Plan is the absence of a feasibility study which would have provided a sound basis for Cusi’s Plan. Mr. Dee sent a more formal letter to the GM detailing the shortcomings of the Plan.
