I have acquired a broadband USB from
GLOBE and the SMS messaging has excellent. I do
have some questions and concerns about the multiple
promos that I have tried. And, because there are
so many of them going on at the same time I have not
been able to try all of them.
Globe's online Customer Service is a
complete clone to that of SmartBro in terms of the feature
that I have found to be unacceptable. I wish Globe
would listen to the recordings which I made about my
encounters with service reps; learn from it and clean
up their Customer Service act. I would have wanted
to record my initial contact with Globe's Customer
Care but lacked the facilities to do so. Anyway,
as I said , it is no different from what you can hear
in the Smart recordings.
Going back to T@ttoo, I have found out
that the signal is not good in the places which I have
brought it to. So much so, that I had to go to
the GLOBE service center in Ayala-Cebu to find out whether
or not there was something wrong with my setup.
There I found out that one of the places
where T@ttoo broadband works is at the Ayala Center.
It does not work where I live and neither does
it work at the Abellana National School along Jones
Ave. I was told by the service reps that Fuente
Osmena would be one place with a strong signal.
Someday, I will bring my T@ttoo around
and discover where the T@ttoo ad claim works: "With Globe Broadband Tattoo, you can connect to the internet from wherever you are and whenever you please!
